Call the DMV at (800) 777-0133 or go on-line to https://www.dmv.ca.gov/ipp2/initPers.do. However, the special discount is not available on DMV website. For discount, go to the DMV website to ensure your personalized message is available, but place your order at Ecoplates.com.
Please note that since the DMV personalized plate database is only updated monthly, it's possible your choice might have been taken. If so, the DMV will contact you. You can get a full refund, or simply submit another vanity plate choice. Ecoplates.com and the participating organizations cannot accept responsibility in the event your vanity plate choices are unavailable.
